Saving Our Sierras is a nonprofit organization restoring the Sierra Nevada forests and wildlife habitats by inspiring and engaging diverse communities impacted by wildfires and desertification through innovative advocacy programs, stewardship, and education of tree transplantation, erosion control, naturalization processes, and wildfire prevention.

Current Projects
There are many areas in the Sierra Nevada that have burned in the past few decades that have left devastating scars in the beauty of our forests. SOS is adopting these sites for restoration purposes and fulfilling our mission in the surrounding areas.
